Workflow Render
Is the first tool of its kind that turns an Adobe Campaign workflow into something you can open, explore and share in a browser. It takes a workflow's xtk:workflow XML export and brings it to life. The moment you paste it in, the workflow becomes dynamic, clickable, zoomable and shareable (soon), without ever opening the Campaign client. Click any activity to see its filter conditions, the columns it pulls and its source schemas. Pan and zoom across the whole canvas, search for a specific activity in a large build, and open any workflow on desktop or mobile. No Campaign login, no VPN, just the XML and a browser.
How it works
You paste a raw xtk:workflow export, the same XML Campaign produces when you package a workflow, and Workflow Render parses it server-side into a structured model, then draws the entire canvas as clean, scalable SVG.The rendering is faithful to Campaign's own conventions rather than a generic flowchart. Every activity is placed according to its position in the definition, its type is drawn with the correct icon, and its state is respected, so a disabled or paused activity looks disabled or paused rather than silently normal. Transitions are resolved from the definition and drawn the way Campaign draws them, left to right, with unconnected outputs left as stubs and self-targeting transitions drawn as loops. Forks, joins and the branching structure all come through intact.The result is not a screenshot or an approximation. It is a live, interactive reconstruction of your workflow, built entirely from the XML, that you can pan, zoom, search and click into, matching what you would see if you opened the same workflow inside the Campaign client.That gives the technical reader real detail, icons by type, state fidelity, stub and self-loop handling, forks and joins, while still keeping the actual layout geometry under the hood as you wanted.
What it could become
This is a beta, and we are keeping it deliberately open about where it goes next. You can already save a workflow and get a shareable link with a configurable expiry, download any diagram, and post definitions through an authenticated API to render them programmatically. Beyond that, we are looking at a validation layer that flags problems in a workflow before you open it in Campaign, and a mode that turns a rendered workflow into a plain-English breakdown of every activity. We would rather learn how people actually use the tool than lock in a roadmap too early, so much of what it becomes will be shaped by what you do with it.
