We are not responsible for content published by users, nor for any claims arising from intellectual property disputes, inaccuracies, or third-party rights related to user content.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), who are bound by confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes

- After 30 days, your personal data (name, email, profile information) will be permanently deleted from our systems
- Published articles that you have not deleted will either be removed or anonymised (attributed to “Deleted User”) at our discretion, to preserve the integrity of the Platform for other users who may have linked to or referenced your content
- Backup copies of data may be retained for a further period in accordance with our backup and disaster recovery processes, after which they will also be purged
10. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
As a UK resident, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — you may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions
- Right to restrict processing — you may request that we limit how we use your data
- Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests
